RETURNS

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. To do so, use our Withdrawal Form or send us a clear statement by email to [email protected], and we will send you the return address. Please return the products within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning them. We will refund the price of the products and the cost of standard delivery (not any extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever is earlier, and we may deduct any loss in value caused by damage or by handling beyond what is needed to examine them. Customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two (2) years from delivery (Law 4967/2022). If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge or, where this is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund. To make a claim, please contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase.

We strongly recommend that you withdraw through our online Withdrawal Form. It is the quickest way, and we confirm receipt by email. Alternatively, you may use the model form below and send it to us by email to [email protected] or by post to the address shown in the form.
